DELIVERY

Most orders are dispatched within 5 days, however please allow up to 7 days.

Please don't forget to allow for delivery time on top of this.

If you are ordering during a busy time, i.e Christmas, then please allow a little more time as I can get very busy .

If you need your item by a certain date,please email me and I will do my best to get the item to you as quickly as possible.

If you decide to collect your item/s in person this is free of charge. I am based in Manchester. A full address will be emailed when your order is ready for collection.

RETURNS & POSTAGE 

Postage starts at £2.90 first class recorded delivery for small items 

Medium items £3.90

Large items £4.90 

I am unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty. If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact me straight away and I will provide a returns address. 

Return postage costs (for faulty items only) will be fully refunded as long as returned within 28 days.
